Pick our jumpers!!

Help the Minnesota Freeze pick their new jumpers for the 2005 season!! I have attached pics of the design ideas (made by Sam!)...all of them have the same shorts and socks....but add your comments as to which jumper you like the best!....thanks.

I like #11 the best, and i also like #1 and #3....kinda reminds me of the Dockers.

I like #11 best, followed by 2, 1 and 10, in that order.

But whatever you do -- don't use 4, 7 or 8 -- unless you want to put out the other teams' eyes... Yikes!

Number 5 Number 5!!

Looks a bit like Essendon Grammar's jumper in the VAFA - the sash with different colours on either side.

It's tough doing stuff with Blue, Green and White/Silver though.

This is Aaron Richard from AFN by the way sorry for posting without registering.

Number 2 is my choice. If anyone has any other ideas, put 'em up there.

Go Freeze!

Hi,

I like #4 actually - sort of an eco-activiist Kangaroos jumper. But with the green thrown in there isn't much chance of confusion. I like that color green. It isn't too dark or pale. That would be good as the color for the back - with blue numbers and white outline perhaps. The main thing you want to avoid is a similar back color. Atlanta used to have a dark green back with yellow numbers and North Carolina had a black back with yellow numbers, it was a bit confusing for me as an umpire and the players unless we were looking carefully, and who has time to do that in a game. Anyway, I don't think anyone has a green like that on their backs over here. (The Dockers have purple, I think, and there are a few with a blue back.)

11 is unique, but I would always want to say, "I thought you were the Freeze, not the Trees"

It is interesting that there's nothing with a "Freeze" motif - icicles, snow, and that lot.

One of them, I can't recall which, almost looks like the Bulldogs jumper, so I'd avoid that - or go with that, it may be the way someone finally knocks off Denver at Nationals!

Ummmm, let me be polite....i have 20+ footy jumpers, i will never want to own one of these.

#2 or #3 might be acceptable...might i say....

Sorry for the lack of enthusiasm...

10, 2 then 1, but I'd go with different coloured shorts.

The others are two busy, complicated or bland.

i'd say green and white stripes only, with the blue coming from the shorts...kind of a geelong look.
